Tea set now a reality! $20 for 9 beautiful truffles.

I have created a beautiful boxed set, suitable for framing, well, really, for eating, and would make a fantastic gift. It's a box of nine chocolates each one made with a different tea. I have 3 black teas, 3 oolong teas and 3 green teas.

Green Teas

Taiping Houkui

A gorgeous Taiping Houkui green tea and white ganache truffle hand dipped in rich dark chocolate and covered in chocolate shavings.

Gunpowder Green

A milk chocolate Gunpowder green tea ganache hand dipped in milk chocolate with crosshatched milk and white chocolate checks. A great truffle.

An intense Genmaicha green tea, contains wheat, infused truffle made with white chocolate ganache and hand dipped in dark chocolate and finished with white stripes.

Oolong Teas

Ti Quan Yin

An exotic Chinese oolong infused into rich dark chocolate and then dipped into more dark chocolate and then sprinkled with decadent cocao nibs. A rich truffle.

Fanciest Formosa

A Formosa oolong captured in a dark chocolate truffle and then hand dipped into milk chocolate and finished with white chocolate stripes. Truly a subtle truffle

Dragon Pearl

A heavenly oolong with just the right amount of jasmine carefully blended into a white chocolate ganache and then hand dipped into dark chocolate and decorated with white chocolate shavings. A beautiful and pleasing truffle.

Black Teas

Maggie's Hope

A perfect blending of Margaret’s Hope 2nd Flush Darjeeling with yummy milk chocolate dipped in dark chocolate. This is a remarkable chocolate truffle.

Earl Grey Supreme

An extraordinary and delicate Earl Grey with an extra touch of bergomot added to create this wonderful truffle. The tea is infused into a rich milk chocolate and then covered with life giving dark chocolate. It is then striped with dark chocolate.

Lapsang Souchong (Smokey)

A dark chocolate and Lapsang Souchong center hand dipped in dark chocolate and then spiked for your added pleasure. This one is smokey and good. Try this truffle, you’ll love it.

Mace and Mango Caramel with edible silver

Did I mention this caramel? I've decorated it with edible silver. It's just so nice. I love the look of it too.

I have to get pictures of these chocolates on the blog soonest. Sigh.
